The goal of our Professional and Personal Development program is to assist participants in honing their communication, team work, interpersonal and interactive skills.

In just two days, this seminar offers insights into your communication style and those of others while providing you with skills to clearly and effectively receive and transmit information, ideas, thoughts, feelings and needs. Learn how to choose and use the most appropriate words and emotional tone when working within and among the Indigenous community. At the conclusion of this course, participants will be equipped to achieve the following;

Sawano Pinesiwan utilizes an experiential interactive principle of adult learning, an environment conducive to learning. We validate and draw on the strengths and abilities of the participants to encourage interaction in the training sessions. This may mean working in small and large groups. Our goal is to create a safe and respectful environment. We believe that every aspect of client service work needs to be focused on identifying the best solution and practices, going beyond acceptable to achieve the very best.
